ONLINE ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

Tidewater is pleased to announce that we are now accepting online rent payments!

Please follow the steps below to create an account.  The process only takes 5 minutes!

HOW TO SIGN UP/CREATE YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT:

1. Click the "Choose Your Property" Drop Menu on the top right of this Page. 
2. Select the property's address or property name you reside at.
3. You will be brought to that property's Portal Landing Page.  Click "Sign Up"
4. You will be asked to fill out a short form.  Please fill this form out accurately. (You must use the EXACT ADDRESS you reside at, and you must use the Leaseholder's information so it matches with the info in our system)
5. When you click "Submit" an e-mail will be sent to you to create a password.
6. Check your e-mail inbox and click the link within to create your password.
7. After you create your password, you can Log In! (Your e-mail is your login)
